Its been long since I received good service from a call centre. But thanks to Sindi who made my last experience so pleasant. I was doing shopping with my kids when she called, but she was very patient with me, listened to me and never got annoyed when I asked her to hold while I looked for the details that she required. I had a smile through out the conversation, I hope she had it too...:-) Its people like her that make one believe in your brand.
