BAD SERVICE/ NO SERVICE

I complained about Standard Bank's service 6 months ago. The problems were rectified in no time.
PROBLEMS AGAIN!
I applied for a Student Loan and it was declined due to a "late payment" that was picked up on Credit Bureau. The "late payment" was their fault, as they did not switch my debit orders in time as they promised, which I HAD TO DO.

My Prestige Banker wrote a motivation letter to explain that my "bad record" was their fault, and not mine. A mail was send to her from their Loans department stating that my application was successful, but I haven't heard from them in 2 months now. I logged onto the Web Site to track my application`s progress, and it states ; "Unsuccessful"!! I mailed my Prestige Banker at Randburg Branch to query this discrepancy. She is out of office. An alternative person's mail address was given in her "out of office" mail, but that person hasn't even opened my mail in three days! I contacted the Prestige helpline, and the wrong number was given to me for the loans dept. Eventually I got the loans dept. on the line but I had to wait on the line for more than 12 min - no response!

I have all the mails as proof in case Standard`s management requires it.
