Wow I am appalled by the service I got at about 1am, most call centres that I have contacted at that time don't deliver this kind I have experienced. Bongani helped me he was enthusiastic over the phone and understanding as I told him I am running out of airtime because I got cut off from the previous call. I was expecting a call back from that agent but it may have been against the company policies. As I came through the second time I was assisted correctly and quickly and my internet banking was active within minutes. Big ups Bongsni.
