Good day

This is a short note to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received from Zime Dlamini (Premier Banking), who stayed in a bit later than the norm to assist me when I had a crisis and needed to get documents faxed in order for my load to be activated.

I have a lot of respect for people who take so much pride in their work.

If it wasn't for the service that I received that day, we would have lost a great deal.

Thank you, and I hope that this mail will assist with giving recognition where it is well deserved.
