I have over settled the account last week, filled up the necessary forms and sent to RCS but still did not receive my refund.
Called RCS some lady said they did not receive my email about this, and I have received a confirmation that email went through. I called their offices and have hold for more than 30 minutes with no answer.
Very very poor service don't see myself doing business with them.
