Whats the point of Premier banking

Recently I fell prey to a scheme on the internet. When I picked up something was a miss (abt 15mins after i completed the transaction) i immediately contacted FNB and Zime was ever so helpful and the money was returned to me- a week later the money is taken out of my account again_ _ proceed to get hold of Zime again and she now tells me not a guarantee that the wont redebit my account_ sthing which should have been mentioned to me initially. its now gone almost 2 months and Im still waiting feedback. I was told on Fri the 5/04 that by the 6 /04 the matter will be resolved but unfortunately since it falls on Sat _ she will get back to me on Mon. So its Mon (15h15) and not a peep._ i had to call back and then she tells me its very difficult to get hold of tht department- so I request to speak to a manager and Im put on hold for 20mins and the call gets cut. Is this the type of service FNB offer Premier Bankers? She hasnt bothered to call me back! I still dont have a response and there is no indication of if im getting my money back.
