No response or feedback for query

Hi, I used to Capitec in 2009-2010 and due to the contract I had signed with them I had to pay back 10 000 for training if I did not work for them for a period of 1 year. I have been trying for the past 3 years to find out how to pay them back but to no avail, no one at their contact centre seems to know anything, even head office and HR have not been able to assist me. And now I get a call from so, won't telling me I am being handed over, after I had explained myself to them she then said she would SMS me the account number to pay into. That was 3 weeks ago. All I want to do is pay Capitec back but it seems it has become impossible to do and I'm afraid this is going to ruin my credit worthiness.
