Money was taken from my account over the weekend in a transaction that was not completed.

I phoned through to customer care and explained the situation, I was told not to worry the money will be returned within 3 business days.

Two hours later I receive my money back to the full amount no hassles no issues.

Great bank would recommend their services to anyone.
