We enqired regarding adding someone on our policy and normally our debit order goes off on the 26th of each month.
i didnt agree to the increase in price as i wanted to do a comprison with other compainies, which i did and found that outsurance is not the cheapest as i got it R500 cheaper at dial direct. they delayed my debit order for today with an increased price.
this is not fair as i have already done my budget for the month. Now i am probably going to have to go around in circle trying to fight my case.
this is very bad service and to say my conservation was with a senior memeber at their call centre.
