I've been quite critical about Absa's service over the last couple of weeks, but I think it needs to be said that there is a glimmer of hope in the organisation.
Juvan (I believe his surname is Van Wyk) at the Absa in Brooklyn mall helped me yesterday and I believe he went beyond what was necessary to assist me and I left the branch with a smile on my face.
