Cancelled debit order - R1000 debited

June 2013 I personally cancelled a debit order instruction at the Sasolburg branch for Tracker. At 07:07, 27/11/2013 Tracker debited my account for R1000. The SA citizens rely on the banks for security of their money. Why does FNB allow every, tom and harry to fiddle as they please. I am inconvenienced to now go and collect a temporary card on my expense for your negligence! WHAT HAVE YOU TO SAY!
