Good Day,

I felt sincerely welcomed the minute I walked through the security doors at Nedbank.

I had to find out first who I needed to see and what was procedure as I was new to the branch.

I was introduced to Riyan and felt comfortable to proceed and discuss my business needs. The consultant listened in tentatively to my needs, he also captured detail very well and noted all the extras I was requesting, not once did the consultant look uninterested and not wanting to assist but was rather eager, willing, caring and very friendly to give the best possible customer service.

I felt Riyan went the extra mile with me and should be praised for such outstanding service.

I look forward to my next visit in the branch and hope the other staff are just as warm and welcoming.
