Appalling service

There have been an endless series of problems on this new account. Queries sent to the branch are either not answered or one is referred to the call center 0860 109 075 who in turn say they need to contact the branch to resolve. Promises to get back to one are not met. Unless resolved promptly we will have to look for a new bank.
