Disgusting service everytime Funeral cove

On the 25th Nov.@ 08:09 spoke to Sharel regarding the claim i wanted to make, my questions were regarding the requireiments needed to submit a claim which she said were death certificate, the deceaced ID, doctors note /notice of death, banking detaiks if im not banking with FNB banking & lastly ANY PROOF OF ID from myself.i got to your president street branch waited for an hour to be assisted just to be advised the documents were incomplete since i didnt bring my green ID but my i stay in Kempton park and the deceased is in soweto, this was time consuming &unnecessary inconvinience using my petrol going up and down since ihad to drive to kempton park to collect the Id again go to the branch again to make this claim. When i spoke to paresh moodley fnb life he boldly said with attitude i cannot help the QA thabang wants the correct doccie.forgeting that it was that department that gave me the info, when i asked fOr thabangs surname he blatantly said he doesnt know, really and you just asked him about the claim im trying to make, tthis is my 3rd query on this department IN 3 YEARS AND I TRUST THIS CLAIM WILL BE PAID .
