Good evening

Please could you investigate why it has taken 10 years for a name change and still not done.

This exercise started 10 years ago:

Confirmed receipt of the following documentation:
- Divorce Decree (certified copy) - 2004
- ID Document (certified copy) - 2004
I advised Tebo of my banking details.
He advised me that everything was in order and my next dividend cheque would be deposited into my bank.
Well this never happened.

29/01/13

Advised me that a divided from 2004 had not been cashed in the amount of R686.16.
May I please have my divided cheque for 2004 plus interest for 9 years.

She advised that I could not escalate my call and transferred me to Complaints.

Advised that my call had been escalated to the manager.
SLA was 24 hours turn around time.

True to SANLAM's bad service no one has had the courtesy to revert to me.
It is a last resort that I request help.
I believe taking 10 years for a name change is excessive.

I never had this problem with Old Mutual shares.. (Report edited by Hellopeter.com)
