Today received a phone call from a very rude employee at Boksburg medicross demanding outstanding money for a supposed bill from 2004!! First problem did not introduce herself just demanded money after a while of trying to obtain exactly whom and where this person was calling from. Apparently this bill for my now deceased father is dated 2004 for R900.00. Does it really take 9 years to receive any kind of notification from these people? And all this time later now only they phone?? He had never been again since 2004 its now 2013 9 years later! Nobody can explain themselves and apparently couldn't be bothered as she just put the phone down on me. Any bill would have been paid for immediately so this is highly suspicious especially after all this time. Pretty disgusting attempt at doing accounts.
