Atrocious student loan service from FNB

For the last two weeks i have been trying to get a student loan from FNB, this happened:
- i have had to deal with several agents, which severely confused and delayed the process
- every new agent asked me for my documents again, when i refused to send it over and over again they realised that they do have it on file
- i have called over 10 times and left messages, only for nobody to call me back
- insurance on the loan being forced on me, even though I have my own life and disability insurance. is there no law against this, why is this not compulsory asset finance??!!
- dealing with a call centre agent who's verbal abilities are severely lacking, she speak incredibly unclear. how does this happen when their soul purpose is to verbally communicate with clients??!!
- calls has been cut off which is nobodies fault, but then the agent takes hours to call you back. when they do they start from the beginning.
- agents have sent emails to me asking if they can call me, I IMMEDIATELY respond saying yes but then the agent never call me.
FNB may i please request you to take this service inhouse, not outsource it to a mediocre third party that tosses your good name away
