I have been banking with FNB with a number of years. I met Riaan Steyn a few years ago where he was resolving some issues for me on my account, since then I pressed on his button for help a few times. This week I had a huge issue that had to be resolved, as I am residing in Tanzania I asked Riaan for his assistance. And yet again he assisted me with his speedy and friendly nature.
