My father has unfortunetly been handed over to Blake & associates. Just got a call after I sent an email and asked previous consultants not to call unless they have not received payment by the seventh but as usual we got a call from Tina. I asked her to put me through to her manager because I have honestly had enough now but she just put me through to her friend Hosain Alli who was also not helpful. I demanded to speak to a manager and spoke to Jessica Govender who just sounded like a recording when I asked her a simple question?? WHY DO YOU CALL TO CONFIRM WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW?? her response: "because the account has been handed over to a collection agency we have to call every month until the account has been settled" clearly common sense is not a requirement for getting hired at this company! My question still remains... WHY do you have to call when a payment arrangement has been made and we have not defaulted in the last 6 months??? WHY???!!!
