Dear Sir/ Madam
I bank with FNB and l complained about their billing, l pay a monthly fee and when I purchase goods using my debit card it will reflect in my cell phone that a certain amount is used and the new balance will be reflected of which l will spend on other things. After some few days I will receive an SMS message informing me that my account is on minus and I will go to the bank to confirm and I will be told that my money was used of, f we calculated using a physical calculator and still we do not find how the money has been used and this problem has persisted for a long time. They charge me for the inquiries l make with them. I have calculated how much the bank is taking from me every month plus the monthly fee I pay every month it's far too much.
Kindly help me because I am deciding to move to a new bank because they just deduct money without my knowledge of which I feel is unlawful. My concern is on how many people are going through the same thing.
