CREDITR CARD CALL CENTRE

I cannot believe that a world class bank such as fnb would give such service, I have been trying to find out how much i owe on my credit card. Firstly every call center i have called refers me to another centre which is just as useless as the previous., Whenever you call, YOU WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE ANSWER YOUR CALL! AND WHEN THEY DO THEY MAKE YOU WAIT ANOTHER 30! I am so diss-pointed with the service im even regretting why the i bank with them to begin with.
