Furious (correct my payment date)

This company is debiting my acc on a wrong date every month, and I'm the one who is calling them to advise them, and if they pick up the phone they making me hold for long time and they will tell me to fax the Bank statement, like i cant do that every month for me to get the refund of my bank charges, and that is affecting my credit profile. i wont even recommend this company to anyone.

I NEED MY BANK CHARGES NOW.I'M TIRED OF CALLING YOU EVERY MONTH
