Useless service

On the 27th of December 2012 at 9:00 am I went to my branch in Kimberley to get a business credit card. I gave my details to a girl there and was told that Mariette Bosch would contact me before the end of the day to get the ball rolling and if I would qualify.

I did not hear from her or any representative. Luckily I was in Klerksdorp and went to the branch there. Eloise Olivier helped there, where we complete all the paperwork needed, she kept me updated and it was probably THE BEST service I received from ANYONE ever.

After receiving the credit card I called the number on the back of the card to activate it for international use. It was done and I could use it as needed.

Once in the US I made payments. The first two went through and then it just stopped. I got a email from home, in Klerksdorp that FNB was looking for me because they need to verify payment but is calling on my land line. After 2 phone calls from the US of R1000 and extra withdrawal cost of R200 to pay bills here, it's working. Now FNB cant put that credit card account on my online banking without me signing papers. I cant see the balance or pay the balance. I don't have a printer/scanner on a farm.
