SHE HAS NO RESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi

i had many bad experiences with Leona Diale who talks to people with no respect, makes them feel like they dont have brains and leaves people waiting at the reception area for a very long time. I did not complain the few instances this happened but this is getting out of control and she is getting worse by the day. Sometimes she will be singing loud at the reception area and this is a proffesional area. She kept me on hold for few minutes and i could hear her talking to someone else on the backround, when i told her that i do not like what she is doing as she should first help me first, she arrogantly told me that i am not the only person she is helping. Can someone please talk to her about her bad attitude as she is giving FNB bad name
