So I did an ewallet deposit for someone at the FNB atm in Cape Town. Now this person apparently was advised that because she changed her simcard yet has retained the same number can not retrieve the money because of the simcard change. My question is, how does this only affect her when we all go from normal sims to mini sims to microsims with each phone upgrade? Am I supposed to waste more money and deposit for the same person? And what happens to that R150.00? Does it remain in a virtual state yet I lose money? Can someone please clarify how I can solve this.
