A few years ago we invested all our available funds into a business after my wife and I became unemployed.
We selected Outsurance as our Business insurer. We suffered a major break in at our store to which ADT responded. More than a R100K worth of appliances had been. After all investigations, Outsurance at first would not pay out a cent, after much struggle, they eventually paid out a measly R 20K. To cut a long story short, this great loss led to us liquidating, as we could not pay our suppliers for the stock purchased on credit at that time. Obviously because we had nothing to sell to repay them and make a profit. We have been struggling ever since that happened. As a Christian I know my Father instructs me to have a forgiving spirit towards the and our service providers who was suppose to be there, when we really needed them. I have to say it is a rather difficult thing to forgive when you know the cause of your struggle. It continues to linger on, and I cannot help but keep these people responsible. I dislike their slogan and fear for those who entrust their business to those who promise to be there, when they needed. It really hurts.
