Wow, Standard Bank has really made themselves popular on this website. I guess you have to go as far as to publish a complaint here to actually get results.
I have been trying for the past few days to communicate with Standard Bank Vehicle Asset Finance and my local branch to resolve the matter of the installment on my car that has been deducted by my branch (1) as well as SBSA VAF (2).
It would be such a sense of relief and security to know that the people who work with your personal finances are capable to do so with the service and feedback they should be providing. NO EXCUSES!!
