Early in 2012 I received notification that I owed money to UNISA. I promptly paid it to avoid any further hassles. This year I am trying to access my academic record just to be told that there is still a financial block on my account. I dealt with ITCBA when I made the payment so I sent them an email. No response. OK, fair enough. I then phoned the call centre and spoke to Gail. She confirmed that I do not owe any money and she will give me a call back. No call received. Ok, try again. Phoned and spoke to Lulu and again she confirmed that I am paid up and that the block will be lifted. Today I saw that the block is still active. Please assist me with removing it as registrations start soon. My student number is 41713680. I thank you in advance for helping solve this.
