Unisa - Impossible to get assistance

I registered for Psych Hnrs on the 7th of Jan 2013 and made the initial payment required on the 20th of Jan. I also changed my exam venue and sent an email to Unisa to request the address - I have to date received no response. On 5 Feb I received an email from the registrations department confirming whether I wanted to change my course in progress to the new course I registered for - I responded asking for further information. To date I have received no response. I contacted the Human Sciences registrations department today to try resolve telephonically - the lady I spoke to was unable and unwilling to assist and slammed down the phone in temper. I contacted the General Applications and Registrations queries - the lady there told me my registration was pending payment. She referred me to the honours dpt who does not answer their telephone at all. I contacted the Human sciences dpt again and they confirmed that payment was received but there was a waiting period of 14 - 21 working days for processing - Unisa email correspondence indicates 2 weeks. It is impossible resolving queries with Unisa since their call centre was closed.
