I am a customer at standard bank for a few years now all my banking is done by standard bank however after this incident I realy am considering closing my accounts and stop any dealing. About a month ago my card was cloned... after numerious followups I had to do myself I still do not have my money back as promissed numerious of times!!! Not once had I been contacted by any staff of the bank, dept or call centre!!! When calling I am refered to this and this person only to be told they can not help me cause these or those steps had not been completed by previous staff assisting me... really terrible & frustrating!!! I had to take on extra expences to cover for broken promises!!! I would like to be contacted by any senior manager to assist me to resolve this long outstanding issue as my extra expences are just growing and growing due to incompetence of staff and poor customer service!!! My biggest concern is firstly to get my money back as promised, secondly will I be compensated for my inconvenience & extra expence I had to carry??? I would like to have a senior contact me asap!!
