I had a claim sent through about a month ago and since the claim was put through I have heard nothing what so ever and I have tried to call the call centre but never seem to get through, I am very upset because I now sit with no phone and no contact on my own, I always have to be near my friends or family to know what goes on or if someone wants to get hold of me, I think that this service is just ridiculous because the internet said it will take up to two weeks max for the claim but still I have heard nothing and I want something done about this!! I'm very disgusted with their service and I need a phone because I didn't pay insurance for nothing.
