I have had the worst service from King Price. 3 months ago I was dealing with a person to add a driver onto my insurance, they said email the details, I did so and they were never added as all of a sudden everything has to be voice recorded!
Where do I get a back-up for my side??? This is shocking!!! They could lose the audio and I would not have one stich of evidence!! I have been emailing them since the 7
th of October, to call me and to cancel just my household insurance but they need to call me after 5pm... today finally I get a response that says: Natasha we cannot do any amendments via email, MUST BE OVER RECORDED LINE, I'll phone you after 5pm.
Are you telling me my requests for the have been ignored since the 7
th of October???
