With being disappointed by one of the larger insurance companies operated by Telesure, whereby they increased my premium and excess with just an email notification and no justification, I decided to get some more quotes. I had various companies phone me, nothing great, the usual recorded telephone service and attitudes. Then I got a call back from Joel Beresford at King Price.. and I signed up on the spot! Not only did he listen sincerely to my individual needs, but he spoke to me like a concerned human being and not a robot, and was very accommodating to my individual needs. Then he came through with a better excess than what I originally had and a great price.. SO IMPRESSED.
Thank you for your great attitude to me as a client Joel, and King Price.. I can only see your company going from strength to strength. Looking forward to feeling assured about being insured again.. finally! Give them a go, you have nothing to lose.. :-)
