My name is Nhlanhla Vilakazi drive a renault Twingo grey blue in colour. Car name is under my dad Nicholas Vusumuzi Vilakazi. My car broke down yesterday@17:00 which i immediatley phoned my insurance not really sure who i spoke to asked for assistance and i was told my dad cancelled my insurance which is they phoned me back to inform me the tow car will come in 90 min waiting for 4hours @ engine Garage R21 with no phone call to infom me as to whom is coming my dad kept on calling them and nothing no one showed up. He came to pick me up and had to ask some guys to push my car and live it @engine garage @20:15 thats when Tyrone phoned my dad to inform him that they dont have tow trucks whose fault is that. Im a female having to wait for assistance for 4 hours and it was @night and very late as i was promised 90min. 06:22 i get an sms from them telling me they fetching my car clearly if my dad was not avail i was gonna sleep there.. And now im told i have to pay for a tow truck as far as im concerned it comes with the insurance package (false advertising) I want nothing to do with AUTO&GENERAL will terminate my contract with them ASAP as they useless and know nothing about se
