Asking for a loan can be rather uncomfortable, but the way that Thabani presented himself with a smile was so helpful and all of the tension faded.
For the hour and 30 minutes of trying for a loan he explained everything step by step and we hung on to every word. Even though my 'name is too clean' for a loan he went the extra mile to help me so I don't leave empty handed, and still follows up which makes you feel important.
I was considering to move banks earlier this year but Thabani helped me reconsider and remain a ABSA client.
