I have been trying to get service and feedback from essential med since i started with them in August and i have not had any joy with them now again i am waiting for feedback and Elize VD Merwe Manager, Retha van Wyk Supervisor and Marilize Ackerman Manager for client services are not getting back to me i can assure you i will definately not recommend you to anyone and will make sure that the people i know that is with you will know about this and hopefully change their minds about you as well. This is horrific service and still they say you do not pay at network doctors you do!!! that is still not sorted out and also still waiting for a reply on my reimbursement for money paid at doctor. This is absolutely ridiculous service and i have never been so unhappy i am sure allk the other medical people can thank you for sendng them all your customers due to incompetent staff.
