BAD ATTITUDE AND OVER BILLING

African bank has really messed me up. Today its even worse as the employee (Siya Mseleku- legal department) who im told is a Supervisor literally dropped a phone on my ear telling me that he is not the only person he assist and the he is in bound. Worse they promise to call you but never do. My initial complain was on an over billed account. They then rectified the matter and till to date no records have been updated in this regard which again is causes a major problem on [Email Removed] which he says he did not get it and he tells me he has no time to wait for it and cant further assist me on this query. Here i am trying to resolve this and again african bank itself are a stumbling block. Im so fustrated with this entire process and just want my details updated and tired of dealing with attitude and the manner in which we clients are treated.
