Improper colection indecent behaviours

please if you could assist.
I have a bond with ABSA on numerous times I contacted Them to change my Bond account they stated that i needed to come in to the brance and change it. My wife went in to do exactly that. After my wife lost her job the bond could not be paid on the previous arangement on the 15th of every month so it were aranged for every month end. Now my credit scoring is being efected as they did not do their job properly and every month they phone me stating i am in arears but i pay every month end what is the problem? The one gentlemen tried explayning that i had to do double payment before they change these dates i requested that he look at the 06February 2013 where i paid all deviated amounts up to score then on the 29 April 2013 i did the same. from then onwards i paid the account in trust to improve my relation with the bank but the just mess up my account. i would like for the redirection to look at dates specified and comunications done as you inform me that calls is recorded please listen to them.
