My UCount rewards tiering is still incorrect after making at least 5 phone call queries through a period of 3 months.
Every time i call i am assured it will be corrected. I have had a home loan and vehicle loan for years and somehow this is too difficult to get loaded onto my UCount profile. Its become an issue of principle and believe that it is an unacceptable amount of time. I have also given the company several opportunities to correct this wasting hours of time on the phone.
