So I took the plunge thinking a couple of hundred rand over a couple of months was worth the test to see if this service was good. Was sold on the scratch repair, windscreen repair aspect of the service. It went smoothly, called, took pictures, sent pictures, got them approved, booked appointment. Appointment day, the guys we 20 minutes late due to a Cosatu march in the JHB CBD. I came back an hour and fifteen minutes later, car looked ok. Signed the forms to say thanks great job, but in reality it wasn't. Windscreen scratch not filled and polished, over painting of touch ups, not really a full dent and scratch repair. Headlights a bit better but still foggy, a/c service was just blowing some solvent down the air vents which is as much use as me doing it properly in an hour with proper a/c/ cleaner. and they didn't do the leather care. I honestly do a better job myself when I service the car and autoglym it. Cancelling the policy today, really not worth it. Save the money, but yourself a good cleaning kit and maintenance manual. Sorry Auto Care, it's just not good enough and doesn't live up to the sales pitch.
