Called to reinstate my policy which i had cancelled and the consultant was very professional and effective in effecting my request. The lady spoke well, clearly and had a smile in her voice. A very good experience in an otherwise traumatic move to Jo'byurg (premiun wise). I had cancelled since the person who helped me when i called to notify Budget of my move to Joburg was not very empathetic nor tactful.
