Great was our surprise when, after 6 months still waiting for my U card, I was told that the R1 per liter refund is only for certain clients who are on the special level of funds in the bank. We will not receive that, because we do not fall in that category. Although I am to pay R20 per month for the card, which I still have not received, I feel that it is utterly unfair and very misleading. Needless to say I will cancel my card when I have had the opportunity to redeem the points.
