This is my 3rd HelloPeter complaint! I feel as if I'm being. Had another manager phone me last week about over R2500 being incorrectly charged to me and she basically tried to convince me indirectly that I should just forget about the R2500. She says Visa's 120 days dispute time is over and we can't reclaim the money, but I disputed it from the beginning and a few times before the 120 days... While she tells me it's over as if it's my fault. Can somebody that lives up to FNB's motto of "How can we help you? " please phone me and have this issue resolved?? This has not been 8 MONTHS for just R2500 that no one seems to be able to help me with!
