This is the second complaint I've logged for the same reason as before, about being charged for a withdrawal for which the machine said "Action could not be completed." Urzula phoned last week again to say that Management would contact me before the end of that day (the second time she told me that) and I emailed her this week for a response and I get nothing, just ignored. Can someone please help me sort out the issue of over R2500 being incorrectly taken from us!
