Service disappeared after sign-up completed

I recently signed up for comprehensive shortterm insurance with ABSA iDirect and the service for signing was really great. However, since this was completed, the service level has dropped to zero. All that I want, and this is SUCH a simple request is 2x ABSA iDirect stickers to stick in my car windows in case of accident/tow-in.

I have requested this numerous times from Edwill via email and only received promises in return. My last email to him (dated 24 October) is still awaiting a response, so now I am resorting to a public forum... for 2 stupid pieces of plastic that is probably not worth R5!
