Ernestina has been exceptional on all accounts- she handled my frustrations with absolute professionalism.
She kept me updated at all times with regards to my claim, and I believe has gone beyond the call of duty.
my house was flooded by the rain storm and the DB Board also filled up which led to all electricity going off. Luckily a friend came through at 8 pm that night to bypass the switch and allow me some electricity till the following morning. when I called discovery they were extremely understanding and handled my anxiety professionally - at this stage the garage doors would not open- I had children to take to school and was leaving for an overseas trip on the Thursday. Ernestina kept me updated as to when the electrician would arrive - explained the first hour was no cost but after that there could be a cost it would be for my own pocket. After that another team was sent in to test all the electrical goods that no longer worked, after that the handyman arrived to sort out the leak and to fix the garage motor that needed replacing. I left for my trip with no worries as all was in order and my mother could feel safe looking after my kids
