More yada yada and all MY ching ching!

I requested assistance for plumbing services on October 29th 2013. Many promises were made. I spent a lot of time calling them from my cellphone. To date (14/11/2013) there has not been any help from Dial direct. No follow up either. While they are happy to receive the monthly payment for services that they promise, they do not render any of the services! It is unacceptable!
