I have been calling the JHB contact centre from the 29.10.2013 trying to have my brother EWC school fees account updated, Solomon Ntuli the ever confused agent has been giving me wrong information, one day he claims the acc has been updated the next I am called by someone's details, another day only one month does not reflect today I asked him to read my surname he read it only to find out he was in a wrong account again.
I have sent 4 months POP on the 29.10.2013, I sent an email again today to Collin Africa Solomon's supervisor who is forever in meetings or not at work as per Solomon and his colleagues, Guess what still NO REPLY I really do not know what I was expecting, I asked Solomon to give me his Head Office number he did the refer me back to the JHB branch, now let us get back to my query I have paid this account from May 2013 I missed one number on the reference number which made my account not to be updated. I sent POP to Solomon to rectify that he tells me that I need to go to ABSA to get that corrected can you believe that? ABSA should get into Vericred's Fund and allocate my payement how ridiculous.
