This compliment goes out to my man Solomon lebethe for assisting me resolve my credit card problem. after a long, straining and boring toss and turn with the costumer care dept, limit dept, collection etc. I lodge a complain with hello peter on the 08/01/2014 after trying to resolve the issue between me and fnb and on 13/01/2014 my case was solved. Since from the 24/12/2013 trying to resolve this problem. i think if fnb is looking for managers who will take good care of their client i would suggest they look not any further than Solomon Lebethe i would give that men a "bells". thank you very much Solomon for everything and you made me actually realize why i joined fnb as your slogan say " how can we help you" and thank you fnb as well.
