Upon numerous complaints, emails, phone calls etc. A week ago my account was sorted out with a credit on my subcription. Thank you sooo much Malesela Solomon Marumo for assisting me from the 31-01-2013 up until March 2013. This young mans service etiquette and attitude is outstanding he needs to be credited for it in some way, maybe he should teach Abigail what customer service is.
Solomon, hats off too you my friend. Thank you once again for going above and beyond with assisting me, I really appreciate it and I hope that there are as many people like you in this world out there.
